How to Play
💰 Progression Mechanics
Conquer 5 distinct territories, starting from the West. Your goal is to build from South to North until the region is fully connected.
- Harvest Resources: Drive your train near trees; the front-mounted circular saw will automatically harvest wood, and your crew will load it onto the wagons.
- Deliver & Build: Once your cargo is full, follow the HUD to the current construction site to deposit your timber.
- Expanding the Line: Each region consists of multiple stations. Completing one station automatically lays tracks to the next. Resource requirements increase as you progress toward the northern gate of each zone.
🚂 Locomotive Upgrades
Deposit timber at stations to earn funds for critical train enhancements:
- Space: Increases wagon capacity. Carry more timber per trip to minimize travel time between the forest and the construction site.
- Speed: Boosts travel velocity, increasing your overall operational efficiency.
- Power: Enhances harvesting damage. Trees come in 5 quality tiers (indicated by color depth). Higher Power allows you to felling high-tier trees in a single strike for maximum yield.
Note: Entering a new region unlocks a brand-new, more advanced locomotive, requiring a new round of strategic upgrades!

This depends on your Power stat. There are 5 tiers of trees—the darker the wood, the tougher the bark. Upgrade your Power to ensure you can take down high-tier trees instantly and maximize your wood output per second.
You must complete all construction stations in your current region. As you build, the track will extend further north. Once the final station in the area is complete, the path to the next territory will open, and you’ll receive a shiny new train to start the next chapter.
Capacity is King. When playing on easegame.com, veteran players recommend investing 60% of early-game funds into “Space.” Fewer trips back and forth mean faster construction, which is the golden rule for any rising Railway Tycoon.
